Shipping policy

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Unless other arrangements are made beforehand, we ship using UPS and the United States Postal Service.  You will be provided with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

We reserve the right to upgrade the shipping option you chose on your order using a faster or different shipping method.  For instance, if you paid for ground UPS shipping which would arrive in 5 days, we may be able to upgrade you to 3-day USPS shipping with no additional cost to you.

If you get FREE SHIPPING on your order, you do not get to choose which method that will ship. We will choose the most inexpensive method of shipment for your order using UPS or USPS. 
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.  To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
