Refund policy

If there is another problem with your order, you must contact us within 3 days to let us know of any issues. 

You may return most new, unopened items within 5 days of delivery for a store credit or refund.  Items must be returned in the same condition we shipped to you.  We do not refund shipping unless it was our error, and we do charge a 20% restocking fee.

If you received FREE SHIPPING on your order and your order is returned, we will deduct the amount of shipping from your refund. 

If you need to return an item, please Contact US with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with a return authorization number and instructions for how to return items from your order.

Damages and issues
We use thermal bubble mailers and take every precaution to make sure your packages do not arrive melted in the summer, so they need to be brought in right away after being delivered on hot days.  IF YOUR PACKAGE ARRIVES MELTED, you must contact us immediately - the same day they were delivered.  We will check the date/time the package was scanned as delivered by your mail carrier.  We are not responsible for packages that were left outside in the heat.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
